Spreading kindness across campus and the community聽

抖阴Pro, in collaboration with the 抖阴Pro Students鈥 Union (MASU), and the Municipality of Tantramar, is excited to bring back Community Kindness Day on Tuesday, Nov. 19. Inspired by World Kindness Day on November 13, this event is scheduled after Fall Study Break for the entire campus and community to join together in acts of compassion and connection.

Students, faculty, staff, and the wider community are encouraged to get involved by participating in the planned activities outlined below that promote goodwill, connection, and a sense of belonging.

While the day encourages random acts of kindness, it is also about taking time to be kinder to yourself through self-care and mindfulness.

How will you spread kindness? Share your acts of kindness on Community Kindness Day on social media using #KindnessDayMtA and tagging , , and .

Food and drinks for Community Kindness Day are generously provided by the Campbell-Verduyn Fund.
